ŚrubkApp
Challenge
Traditional purchasing processes in the construction and engineering industries can be time-consuming and complex. The challenge was to design a mobile solution that would allow contractors and business clients instant access to wholesaler inventory, manage orders from the construction site, and reserve goods for a specific period.

After selecting the product, the application sends us to the wholesaler's profile with the selected item, where we can personalize the product features and finally add it to the cart and place an order.
About the project
Śrubka24 is a comprehensive sales system designed for a modern technical wholesaler. The main goal of the project was to transfer the traditional wholesale model to the digital world, while maintaining the specificity of the B2B industry.
I focused on creating a tool that would shorten the customer's journey as much as possible from finding a specific part (screw, bolt, tool) from a given wholesaler to finalizing the order with the option of scheduling shipment via the calendar.

Creating a logo and a screw motif that would appeal to the target group
Solution
As Lead Product Designer, I was responsible for the entire design process: from brand strategy to high-quality UI prototypes.
User-centric navigation: I designed an interface that simplifies searching among thousands of specialized items (screws, bolts, tools).
Temporary reservation system: I developed a unique "reservation window" feature that allows users to lock in product availability and wholesale pricing for a specific period.
Visual identity: I created a professional, industrial visual language that builds trust among business partners (B2B).
No-code implementation: I used Framer to create an efficient landing page that effectively converts visitors into app users.
Style guide / Design system
The project's visual identity is based on industrial aesthetics that communicate solidity, precision and professionalism.
Typography: Modern, technical typefaces were used to ensure excellent readability of the products' technical parameters.
Colors: The color palette is based on deep navy blue and contrasting orange/yellow, referencing protective clothing and construction equipment, creating an instinctive
association with the industry.
Components: A consistent system of icons and buttons was designed to facilitate quick navigation in challenging environments (e.g., on a construction site).
Investor Prospectus
As part of brand development, I prepared an investor prospectus layout that clearly presents the business model, the growth potential of the e-commerce market in the construction industry, and the unique competitive advantages of the application.
Landing page
Designed in Framer, the landing page serves as a conversion center. The main goal of the page was to create mystery and encourage signup.
Business card
The business card design is a direct extension of the brand. It was designed to stand out from the competition and immediately suggest the company's modern character, moving away from the archaic patterns typical of standard applications.
